Mr. Huggins has over 30 years of operations, real estate investment, land entitlement and ground up development experience. While working for several home builders, including Brookfield Homes and Signature Properties, Mr. Huggins has previously overseen the acquisition and/or development of more than 10,000 single family and multifamily housing units across the United States.
Mr. Huggins holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
